This free exhibition presents the work of 18 emerging and talented makers who were selected for the quality and potential of their work after successfully completing the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s Getting Started Online 2023 introduction to business course.

Meet the Maker Talk

I’ve been selected to take part in the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s initiative ‘Spotlighting Getting Started’, putting the limelight on the best newcomers in jewellery in silversmithing.

As part of the event I’ll be taking part in an online Meet the Maker event, where I’ll be discussing my practice and inspirations, alongside 4 other fascinating jewellers.

Over this 3 day festival not only will you be able to shop for unique handmade items, you will also be able to watch interesting demonstrations, buy tickets to experience a range of learning workshops - and come lunchtime choose from a mix of delicious food and drink!

Charlotte was very pleased to be awarded silver in both the Enamelling Design and the Senior Craft Enamelling for her ‘Sequin Brooches’. She is also very honoured to have been awarded the Phil Barnes Bursary.
